Is the free tier really free?+
Yes — no trial period, no credit card required. You get the full feature set at a small scale. Build, integrate, and ship.
What's the difference between tiers?+
Only scale. Every feature is included on every tier — campaigns, Developer API, analytics, everything. Tiers differ only in MAU, pushes, events, apps, campaigns, and team members.
How does Business pay-as-you-go work?+
The €99/mo base includes 25K MAU, 150K pushes, and 1M events. Above those amounts, you pay flat per-unit rates: €3/1K MAU, €0.75/10K pushes, €0.35/100K events. Simple math, transparent bill.
Can I set a spending cap on the Business plan?+
Yes. Set a maximum monthly bill. When reached, usage pauses with a 3-day grace period. No surprise bills.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. We aim to preserve your campaigns and data when switching plans. See our Terms of Service for details.
What if I need more than 500K MAU?+
Contact us for custom Business pricing. Options include custom rates, dedicated infrastructure, SSO/SAML, and a dedicated account manager.
Is my data safe?+
Your data is isolated per organization with encryption in transit and at rest. Designed with GDPR compliance in mind. SOC 2 certification is on the roadmap.
